Registration

Access to all Congress activities is subject to registration. Participants are encouraged to register well in advance to benefit from early registration fees (deadline is April 21st, 2008).

You can register in the TWO following ways:

  • by secure online registration and payment. Click here to register online.

    (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
  • by fax or post: in this case, the hardcopy registration form needs to be completed
    and sent to the Congress Office accompanied by your payment.

Registration per telephone will not be processed. Registrants will receive confirmation by way of an invoice and acknowledgement letter which will recall all the information given on the registration form, including the amount of Value Added Tax (VAT) paid and all other requests.This confirmation letter should be presented upon arrival at the Pre-registration Counter if the account is settled or at the On-site registration Counter if a balance is still due.

All rates include VAT of 19,60% at current rate at the day of printing.
(1) To qualify for low fees the applicant‘s registration form must be accompanied by written proof of status.

Delegates’ registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all Congress sessions, poster areas and exhibition.
  • Congress documents (final programme, abstracts book, congress bag).
  • Lunches on Thursday and Friday

Terms of payment

The ICATMM and EADO Committees have given a mandate to MCI for the full organisation of the 7th International Conference of Adjuvant Therapy on Malignant Melanoma and the 4th European Association of Dermato-Oncology.

MCI is the sole competent company to receive payments for this Congress and to act on behalf of the ICATMM-EADO 2008 for the whole organisation (conference & exhibition).

Payments may be made either:

In the case of a bank transfer, please do not forget to specify on your form, the reason for your payment.

Name changes & modifications

A processing fee of 30 € will be charged for changes in registration except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations.

Registration cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or email) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions and reimbursements will be processed AFTER the Congress.

  • Up to April 21, 2008: 100 € administrative fee will be withheld.
  • Cancellations between April 21, 2008 and May 15, 2008: reimbursement of 50% of the registered fees.
  • After May 15, 2008: no refund.
  • Requests for refunds received by the Congress Office after 15th November 2008 will not be considered.
