Deadline for hotel reservations: May 15, 2008
After this date, any reservation requests received are subject to room availability and can not be guaranteed by the Organisers.
Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories in the vincity of the congress venue
You can submit your reservation request in the two following ways:
- by secure online registration and payment via the Congress Website. Click here to register online.
Please note that in order to book online, you have to do it at the same time as your registration and you need to pay by credit card
(VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD,AMERICAN EXPRESS).
- by fax or post: in this case, the hardcopy registration form (enclosed or downloadable from the Congress Website) needs to be completed and sent to the Congress Office accompanied by your payment.

Reservations by phone are not accepted.
To guarantee your reservation, full pre-payment is requested (room rate + city tax).
Any extras will be charged by the hotel upon check-out.
A fixed charge of 20 € per reservation for handling fees will be required for all hotel reservations.
Upon receipt of your hotel reservation request, MCI will mail/email you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing accommodation details and specifying payment status.
“No Shows” on the first night will automatically cancel the entire reservation and involve the loss of the entire deposit. Hotels reserve the right to charge you also for the remaining cancelled nights not covered by the pre-paid deposit.
If you shorten your stay, hotels reserve the right to charge you for the balance of your stay.
Room rates
All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Congress. Unless otherwise indicated, most of the rates do not include breakfast.

Cancellation conditions for hotel reservation (for individual reservations)
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e.mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:
- Up to April 21, 2008: 20 € administrative fee will be withheld.
- Cancellations between April 21, 2008 and May 15, 2008: 1 night’s deposit and reservation fees will be withheld.
- After May 15, 2008: no refund.
